Mr. Storcheus is a principal of Foundation Markets Inc., Toronto-based boutique merchant and investment banking group. Since starting with Foundation Markets in April 2010, Mr. Storcheus assisted with over $250M of private and public financings in a variety of sectors including mining, cannabis, oil and gas, life sciences, technology, industrials and others. Prior to joining Foundation Markets, he worked at the Canada Department of National Defense as a Civilian Instructor. Mr. Storcheus serves as a President and Director of Cave Creek Copper Inc., a private copper exploration company focused on Arizona, and was a director of Capricorn Business Acquisitions Inc. (currently SATO Technologies Corp., TSXV:SATO) from March 2017 to September 2021. Mr. Storcheus has a BBA degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University with a concentration in finance and is a CFA Charterholder.

Brian completed an Honors diploma in Mining Engineering Technician and post-diploma in Geographic Information Systems (Applications Specialist Program). Mr. Youngs is a Certified Technician with the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists and a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum. He has a robust understanding of geology, mineralogy and mineral processing and was awarded for excellence in Geology. Mr. Youngs is the current VP Exploration of Snow Lake Lithium Ltd. (NASDAQ:LITM).

Mr. Schultz is a registered Professional Geoscientist in Manitoba and Saskatchewan with over 30 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry in North and South America. Mr. Schultz has been the Qualified Person (QP) for many projects, including Solex Resources’ Pilunani and Macusani projects in Peru, Channel Resources’ El Mozo project in Central Ecuador, Aurelians’ Bonza-Penus resource campaign on the Condor Project in Central Ecuador, Majescors’ Douvray porphyry copper-gold project in Haiti, and Snow Lake Lithium’s (NASDAQ:LITM) Thompson Brothers project.

Mr. Tinajero is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 26 years of international finance experience in, compliance, finance strategy, financial reporting, internal control and strategic planning. Mr. Tinajero has previously served as Vice-President, CFO and Corporate Controller for large, multi-national companies including United Nations, State Bank, Lafarge, Trelawney Mining, Osisko Royalties. Mr. Tinajero holds a Bachelor of Business from San Francisco University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ITESM University, he is a Member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants, the Certified Practicing Accountants of Australia and a Certified member of the Institute of Corporate Directors. Outside of his duties at Talisker Resources, Mr. Tinajero serves as Director for Sable Resources, and JHI Energy.
Mr. Wood has led and executed numerous transactions across the globe in minerals exploration and in other sectors. With a background in company formation, transaction structuring and M&A, he has a reputation for successfully driving projects to completion in multiple jurisdictions including Canada, USA, Europe, China, Japan and Africa. Prior positions include Corporate Development at Celestica, a multinational electronics manufacturer, and at Spar Aerospace, an Aerospace, Defence and Communications company and he held M&A positions at Ernst & Young (Toronto) and CIBC Wood Gundy (UK). Mr. Wood is currently CEO and Director of BTU Metals Corp (TSXV:BTU), an exploration company focus on Red Lake Gold Camp. He received a BA from Dalhousie University and his MBA from University of Toronto Rotman.
John Tokarsky, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Tokarsky has over 30 years of public company experience in accounting, financial structuring, corporate governance and corporate restructuring. Mr. Tokarsky worked with clients in various industries, including mining, oil and gas, cannabis, food sales and distribution, electronics, real estate, capital pools, investment holding companies, restaurants, miniature golf and gaming, consumer information kiosks and small medical devices and supplies. Mr. Tokarsky holds a diploma from George Brown College of Applied Arts and Technology. Mr. Tokarsky was previously CFO of Bird River Resources Inc. (CSE:BDR), Augustine Ventures Inc. (CSE:WAW) and Caprock Mining Corp. (CSE:CAPR). He is also currently the CFO of Delta Uranium Inc.
